On Premium, you can create private pipelines. Only you can see the pipeline, its stages, and the deals inside it. Not even workspace admins can see your private pipeline data.
Why private pipelines?
- Personal pipeline: Track your own prospects or side projects without cluttering the shared pipeline.
- Confidential deals: Deals that must stay visible only to you (e.g. sensitive accounts).
- Multiple pipelines: Premium also lets you have more than one pipeline. Some can be shared, some private.
How it works
When you create a pipeline, you choose Shared or Private. Private pipelines are scoped to you at the database level. No one else can read or write them.
Working with a shared team when you have private pipelines
- Shared pipeline: Use the shared pipeline for deals the whole team should see. Everyone can view deals, stages, and (with permissions) activity and tasks. Deal owners and task owners show on the board and in the Team section of the dashboard.
- Private pipeline: Use a private pipeline only for deals that must stay visible to you. Teammates and admins cannot see the pipeline, its deals, or its tasks. Your private pipeline tasks do not appear in the team dashboard for others; they only show in your own tasks and dashboard.
- Mixing both: On Premium you can have, for example, one shared "Sales" pipeline and one private "My leads" pipeline. There is no way to convert a private pipeline to shared (or the reverse) after creation. Create a new pipeline if your needs change.
Plan limits
- Base: one shared pipeline only.
- Premium: multiple pipelines; any of them can be private per user.
