These terms of use govern your access to and use of Nudge CRM, operated by Beta Acid, Inc. By using Nudge, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Nudge CRM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to store or transmit malicious code, violate any applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others.
Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each workspace is managed by its owner, who can invite and remove members. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Nudge CRM offers paid subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) are handled as described in our pricing page.
Limitations of liability
Nudge CRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Beta Acid, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your workspace becomes read-only until the end of your billing period, after which data may be deleted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
