Beta Acid, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates Nudge CRM. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, password), workspace data (contacts, businesses, deals, tasks, comments), uploaded files and attachments, and usage analytics to improve our service.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and maintain Nudge CRM, process transactions and manage your subscription, send service-related communications, and improve our product and user experience.
Legal basis for processing (EEA & UK)
Beta Acid, Inc. is the data controller for personal data processed through Nudge CRM. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (providing the service and managing your subscription); our legitimate interests in securing, maintaining, and improving the service; your consent where we ask for it; and to comply with our legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription management. These providers act as our processors, have their own privacy policies, and handle your data according to their terms.
International data transfers
Nudge CRM is operated from the United States, and your data is stored and processed there by us and our service providers. If you access Nudge from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect personal data transferred internationally.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required for non-essential tracking.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Upon workspace deletion, all workspace data is permanently removed within 30 days. You may also export your data before deletion.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Most data can be accessed, edited, exported, or deleted directly within Nudge; for other requests, email us at privacy@nudgecrm.co and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Children's privacy
Nudge CRM is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
