Next actions are the backbone of Nudge. Here is how to use them effectively.
One task per deal is not enough
You can attach multiple next actions to a deal, a contact, or your workspace. Use them to break down "follow up" into concrete steps: "Send proposal," "Schedule demo," "Check in with legal."
Assign ownership
Every next action has an owner. Assign it to yourself or a teammate. That person sees it in their task list and is responsible for completing it by the due date.
Due dates matter
Set a due date on every next action. Nudge surfaces overdue and upcoming tasks so nothing hides at the bottom of a list.
Where to find tasks
- Tasks in the main nav shows all your next actions across deals and contacts.
- From a deal or contact, you will see their next actions and can add more.
Review your task list at the start of each day and reschedule anything you will not finish. Keeping the list honest is the key habit.
