If you are a workspace owner or admin, the Dashboard shows an extra Team section. It summarizes what each team member owes: overdue, due today, and due this week.
What the team section shows
For each member you see:
- Overdue: count of their open tasks with a due date in the past (shown in red when greater than 0).
- Today: count of tasks due today.
- This week: count of tasks due in the next 7 days.
This lets you see at a glance who is slipping (lots of overdue) and who has a heavy day or week ahead. The section only appears when there is at least one team member with tasks. It respects private pipelines, meaning tasks in private pipelines are only visible to that pipeline's owner.
How to use it
- Standups: "Anyone overdue?" Check the Team block and follow up with anyone in the red.
- Load balancing: See who has a lot due today or this week and who has capacity.
- View all tasks: The "View all tasks" link goes to Tasks, where you can switch the filter to All tasks (not just "My tasks") to see the full list by owner.
Team visibility is for owners and admins only. Regular members see only their own dashboard, their tasks, the shared pipeline, and recent activity.
